Terms of use

These terms apply to PCBKit: pcbkit.io, the app at app.pcbkit.io and PCBKit in AI assistants (mcp.pcbkit.io). By using them you accept these terms. Contact: support@pcbkit.io.

Your designs

What you design is yours. You give us only the permission we need to store, compute and return it to you (checking, routing, exporting, pricing it with our fabrication partner when you ask). See the privacy policy.

Check before you build

PCBKit checks and routes boards automatically, and the AI assistants using it can be wrong. Review every design, its electrical rules and its fabrication files before you order or use a board. Boards built from PCBKit designs are your responsibility.

Fair use

Do not use PCBKit to break the law, to attack or overload the service, or to get around its limits. We may limit or stop access that does.

The service

PCBKit is in development and provided as it is, without warranties. Features may change or stop; we will say so ahead when we can. Projects made without signing in may be removed after a long time without use. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses from designs, boards or data.

Ordering boards

Boards are made by our fabrication partner; prices, lead times and their terms are shown before you order.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. Using PCBKit after a change means you accept it.
